Terms of Service — SmartSchool

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmartSchool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

SmartSchool is a school management platform intended for use by authorized educational institutions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into SmartSchool — student records, staff data, financial records, and all other school information. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartSchool Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.
